Rather than pursuing novelty, the process centred on proportion, function and refinement.

Designing within limitations often requires a different kind of creativity.
Essential was developed from a brief with specific requirements regarding production, flexibility and use. The challenge was to create a table that fulfilled these demands while maintaining a calm and confident presence.
The process became an exercise in prioritisation.
Every detail had to contribute to the overall quality of the design, while unnecessary complexity was removed.
The aim was not to reinvent the table, but to create a solution that feels natural and enduring.
Material & Construction
The collection is built around the relationship between the tabletop and its distinctive curved veneer legs.
Together they create a simple structural language that feels both familiar and contemporary.
The construction allows the system to adapt to different formats and settings while maintaining a clear identity.
The result is a table family defined by balance, versatility and restraint.
